Meet the Administrator
My name is Viktor Maslyanka, and I am the owner and Administrator of Cameron Estates Assisted Living. Creating a warm, welcoming home where older adults receive compassionate, personalized care has been a long-standing goal of mine and one that I am proud to bring to life.
My journey into caregiving began long before I became a healthcare professional. For many years, I have been a caregiver for my brother, an experience that gave me a personal understanding of the responsibilities, challenges, and rewards of caring for a loved one. It taught me that quality care extends beyond meeting physical needs—it also means offering patience, understanding, and genuine human connection.
Inspired by those experiences, I pursued a career in healthcare. I worked as a Registered Nurse, gaining experience in both skilled nursing and emergency care, before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. Each step in my career has strengthened my clinical knowledge and reinforced my commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care.
Today, I remain actively involved in the daily operation of Cameron Estates Assisted Living. As the owner and Administrator, I believe that being present, accessible, and engaged allows me to better support our residents, communicate openly with families, and foster a home where every individual is treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.
